is it so hard to be logical ? its just a question that popped up to mind thinking of things done by humans especially in their behaviour toward other humans, why do we rush to logic just when it's on our side ! we all do it at least once but the problem is when its a habit , a characteristic of personnality that have roots deep within our thoughts ,when its a part of us and becomes a mechanism of thinking. This is where its real critical, it kills moral. And a solution to this is comtempling what Bertrand russel said " When you are studying any matter or considering any philosophy, ask yourself only 'what are the facts and what is the truth that the facts bare out' "...
and its his intelectual advice for humanity, and his moral advice is "Love is wise, hatered is foolish"...a mathematician with concise thinking...i love it!

" Logic is the art of going wrong with confidence " Joseph Wood Krutch said. And what do you do when logic is " cheating " you?
RépondreSupprimeri know it's not just about "Logic", but my scoop in this was about the moral thing and Logic with humans. as one of my convictions which is Faith and confidence might get in opposite with logic its true..., but as i told i was talking more about a moral view...
RépondreSupprimerWell then you should know there are a lot of morality in this world and the foundations of our existence are founded on morality. You could live if you consider immoral?Maybe you could but with a whip who would whip you ( metaphorically speaking )constantly for your immorality.
RépondreSupprimerMorality has evolved so fantastic that actually went from the opposite pole to the other,I think this is the answer you expected.Moral perception differs from person to person
Moralists necessarily looking to recruit others to their " cause " if they do not join, then by definition they are immoral and should be " punished ".I conclude with a quote: Morality is the herd-instinct in the individual. - Friedrich Nietzsche.
I dont deny that there's no immorality in this world, i never said this, and i totally agree with you saying that moral perceptions differes from person to another but there's moral notions that we all agree on, they are universal , its like saying 1 + 1 = 2. My wonders are more about breaking the moral things that we all agree on, and for me its not a case of moralists or any other classification its just purely human , the top classification , the top root. Morality might be a herd-instinct as Nietzsche said but it has noble goals as long we don't make of it a case to serve other interests.
